I found there are a few (a handful) of nutritional companies that do voluntarily conform and submit to pharmaceutical standards (standards set by the FDA to assure that strict specifications have been met for the strength, purity and quality of the nutritional products.) I choose one of those.

And I must say, the nutrition I coq10 to my arthritis treatment is helping a lot. If you have arthritis, or any other major or minor illness or disease, I encourage you to find a pharmaceutical-grade nutritional company and add them to the list of specialists you enlist for help with your treatment. I am off all the anti-inflammatories and blood pressure pills with their awful side effects. I still go to the medical doctors for help and I ride my bike for physical exercise. And I am doing what I can to help myself stay nutritionally healthy, which helps everything else I am doing be more effective.

It's worth looking into at the least.
